• Account creation by the RP:
  The Responsible Person must create the initial accounts on the relevant portals. A physical address in the appropriate region is required (EU for CPNP and UK for SCPN).

• Granting access to S.E.TOXIRISK LTD:
  Once the accounts are set up, the Responsible Person grants us access to manage and submit product notifications on their behalf. The RP remains the legal entity responsible for the product on record.
